Ethics & Legal
The biomedical sciences in Singapore are developing at a rapid rate. Singapore is building upon a strong foundation of public sector infrastructure for the biomedical sciences. This infrastructure includes hospitals and specialty centres, research institutes and centres, and universities. The Bioethics Advisory Committee has been established to examine ethics, legal and social issues arising from research on human biology and behaviour and its application.
